Website privacy

When you request a quote, we use the contact and property details you provide to respond, prepare a scope and coordinate your request. Quote requests are sent to our customer-management system and may trigger a reply by text.

Chat with Sameer

Sameer is our AI assistant. Chat messages are processed through our customer-management system. Opening chat loads Firebase; a browser session identifier helps keep your conversation connected across pages.

Campaign information

The website records campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, when present, alongside the landing page and referring site. This helps connect quote requests with the campaigns that brought visitors here. Attribution is stored in your browser for up to 90 days and sent with your quote request. Clearing site data removes the browser copy.

The production website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure page views, contact clicks and successful quote requests. We also measure quote-form starts, steps reached, validation problems and confirmed submissions to improve the forms. These progress events contain fixed step and field labels, not your answers. Contact details and chat messages are not included in these website analytics events. Browser settings and tracking protection can limit this tracking.

Optional booking-result advertising measurement

If you choose the optional advertising-measurement checkbox on a quote form, we may send booking outcomes and job revenue, together with advertising identifiers and matching contact information, to Google and Meta. Email addresses and phone numbers are hashed before being sent for matching where supported; hashing does not make the data anonymous. This helps measure which advertising led to booked work. The choice is optional and does not affect your quote. You can contact us to withdraw permission for future sharing.
